Red, White and Rocks Mayday pitbull rescue fundraiser
$25 per person includes 2 rocks, all painting supplies, expert instruction and charcuterie snacks during the event. 50% of every ticket goes to our dogs! Wine and beer available for purchase. Plus, 20% of all wine bottle and merchandise sales during the event will go to our dogs!

Meat Mamma Monday; Food demonstration and wine pairing
Join us for a hands-on highly illustrated culinary and butchery series exploring beef from nose to tail. Each summer session will focus on specific cuts from different parts of the carcass with comparative cooking techniques and tastings. Our first class, June 23rd is called; The Filet Showdown - Tender Truths. 5:30-7:30pm The class curriculum: Cuts: Teres Major, Tenderloin, Baseball Sirloin Skills: Cut comparison, tenderness evaluation, raw/seared applications Dishes: Carpaccio, Tartare, Seared Medallions paired with 3 different wines
