Pinot Noir thrives in Willamette Valley's long growing seasons with cool autumn breezes and sunny days. Catena Malbec presents a deep violet color with purple reflections. This microclimate blend of four unique vineyards offers intense aromas, soft texture, and concentrated flavor. Deep aromas of ripe red and dark fruits are joined by delicate violet and lavender notes, with traces of vanilla and mocha. A rich, concentrated mouthfeel is highlighted by flavors of blueberries and blackberries with a touch of leather and cinnamon. The wine has well-integrated tannins, bright acidity, and a flinty minerality that provides exceptional length to the finish. Pair with roast turkey, grilled steak, salmon, and pasta with red sauce.

This red blend comes from the Wagner Family, makers of Caymus, and overdelivers at this price point. The nose is full of bright red fruits and luscious mix of tart raspberry and earth. The tannins are welcoming with an impressive linger and a hint of cocoa powder.

The 2022 DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon exemplifies Paso Robles. The nose is highly perfumed, showing aromas of black cherry, cassis, plum, desert sage. sandalwood and dusty minerality. Secondary aromas reveal notes of cigar box, leather, bay leaf and black olive. The palate is rich and weighty, offering generous flavors of black raspberry, spicy currant and blueberry compote with impressions of Bing cherry, Boysenberry, fig, and baking spices. Ripe, fine-grained tannins carry into a structured finish with lingering accents of cherry, espresso and vanilla. Blend: 77.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15.6% Petit Verdot, 6.5% Merlot, 0.4% Cabernet Franc

Mendocino fruit provides the backbone for this expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. To fully extract color and tannins, the juice was left in contact with the skins for an extended maceration period, drawing layers of aroma and flavors from the fruit while giving this wine its elegant depth and body across the palate.

This wine displays a pleasing mix of elevated acidity, silky tannins and restrained alcohol. Aromatically, it is a heady mix of blackberries, straw and oily, dark-roasted coffee beans. It feels crisp and lively in the mouth, with flavors like blackberries, sweet, buttery edamame and a ristretto shot of espresso.

This is a big and rich Pinot Noir with a compelling aromatic combination of blackberries, black tea and violets to go along with loam and worn saddle leather. The wine's creamy texture is a perfect match for concentrated raspberry jam, dark chocolate and black coffee flavors. Plush tannins and gentle acidity.

Dark ruby in color, this Merlot has fragrant boysenberry, cassis and bitter chocolate aromas that carry through directly to the flavor profile. Cinnamon and clove flavors also touch the middle of the palate, as do other bramble berry and red fruits like currant and pomegranate. The body is medium and the tannins are integrated and mostly resolved, while the finish is dry.

Bright and deep ruby with a purple tinge. Super fragrant "Old Spice" perfume with nutmeg, star anise, orange, pimento, jasmine, vanilla, musk and cedar. With old cellar charm this vintage is more woodsy, wild mushroom and dark berry fruit than ocean scents. So powerful and fluid riding into buoyant fruit sweetness with a savory overtone. Flowing into a very fine tight tannin profile which is powdery and dry but not intense. Rich fruit power, but not heavy. Blend: 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4.5% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot, 0.5% Cabernet Franc

Fleurs de Prairie Rose 2022 is a delightful wine that boasts a beautiful pale salmon color, paired with delicate flavors of red fruit and a hint of lemon. Refreshing and richly textured, this expressive Semillon shows vibrant kiwi, crisp green apple, melon, and fragrant honeysuckle set against a spicy, lemon zest character. On the palate, it is supple and energetic, replete with flavors of fresh fig and stone fruit, persisting to a balanced, succulent finish.

Pale pink in color, pale rose petals, bright and clear. The nose is fine and delicate, with white peach aromas combined with citrus notes and floral nuances. The palate is ample and fresh with notes of peach, strawberry, and a long finish with violet notes. Blend: 60% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 10% Rolle, 5% Mourvèdre

Pale straw in color with green hues. Intense aromas reminiscent of fine dried herbs, white flowers, lemon and lime. The palate shows great length and depth with grapefruit and lime, fresh rosemary, white pepper and a hint of tropical fruit. The wine finishes with a fresh natural acidity which balances the flavor intensity, and a minerality that will reward medium to long-term cellaring.

The Grenache for the 2020 ROSÉ was selected from Rhumb Line vineyard on the Willcox Bench. The vines are head pruned and farmed specifically for Rosé production. The fruit is picked to emphasize the bright fruit and fresh acidity and minerality. Barrel fermented to dryness and aged in old French oak on the lees for 8 months.

Aromas of gold delicious apples, Meyer lemon zest, hints of vanilla, crème brulée, brioche, and honey. Flavors range from peach to starfruit and sweet cream butter, with a rich mid-palate texture and a bright extended finish.
