Wine Club Terms and Conditions 1. Membership & Pricing By joining the Grapes & Hops Grape Escape Wine Club, you agree to be charged a monthly membership fee based on the selected plan: $49 per month for two (2) bottles of wine. $99 per month for four (4) bottles of wine. Members will receive access to an exclusive wine menu from which they can select their bottles each month. Wines can be enjoyed on-site at Grapes and Hops or taken to go. 2. Payment & Billing Membership fees will be automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month. By signing up, you authorize Grapes and Hops to securely store your card information for recurring payments. Any changes to payment details must be updated before the next billing cycle to avoid disruptions. Declined payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain active membership. 3. Wine Selection & Pickup Members will receive an updated wine menu each month and must select their bottles by the 15th of the month. If no selection is made, wines will be chosen on your behalf based on availability and preferences. Wines must be picked up by the end of the month; unclaimed bottles do not roll over. 4. Membership Changes & Cancellation Members may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice before the 25th of the month. Cancellations made after the 1st of the month will apply to the next billing cycle; no refunds are provided for partially used months. 5. Age Requirement & Compliance All members must be 21 years or older to join and must present valid identification upon request. Members agree to comply with all local and state alcohol laws regarding the purchase, consumption, and transportation of wine. 6. Member Benefits & Perks Members may receive occasional discounts, special event invitations, or exclusive tastings at Grapes and Hops. Additional bottles may be purchased at a discounted rate, subject to availability. 7. Terms Modifications Grapes and Hops reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with 30 days' notice. Members will be notified of any changes via email or official communication channels. By enrolling in the Grapes & Hops Grape Escape Wine Club, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Cheers to great wine and great company!
